Trainees at all the salons within the Stringer Group, benefit from first class practical training at the Stringers Academy based in the Lincoln High Street Salon. Here we are able to offer our trainees what we consider to be two years of the best and most extensive practical training available.

Stylists working within the Stringers Group are also able to access development opportunities at the academy. We recognise that improving and learning new skills is important at all levels of employment.

We are able to offer refresher courses to individuals within the hairdressing trade. We offer personalised training plans, designed by the Principal of the academy – Richard Everatt.
